Don’t you hate planning a quick trip to somewhere you know will be cool, but then ends up being 10x cooler than you expected and now you know you won’t stop thinking about it until you come back? That’s Canyonlands for me right now.
I can’t wait to return to Moab and spend more time exploring this place, especially since we didn’t have all the time we wanted to marinate here since our next stop was about two hours away and we reeeeaaally needed to make it there early enough to do everything before sunset.
The Mesa Arch trail is a 0.7 mile loop to see the prettiest arch window ever.

There it is in the background hehe.

As always, there were groups of people milling about and taking their own photos. We climbed around to the left side of the main arch and had a way more private view. And ate more snacks.

So good.
